After using the calibration bath for several years, sometimes there will be problems such as the calibration bath does not heat up and the motor does not work. What should I do at this time?
1. Problem: The oil bath does not heat up, or the phenomenon of tripping when starting up.
Reason: The above-mentioned problem occurs in the calibration bath, and the heating rod may be leaking or damaged.
Solution:
Open the terminal of the device, take a digital multimeter, and measure the resistance value of the device. If there is no resistance, the heating rod is bad. Need to contact Dearto to resend heater.
2. Problem: Turn on the stirring button of the calibration bath, and the motor does not work.
Reason: There are three reasons for this phenomenon:
1. The starting capacitor of the stirring motor is damaged;
2. The stirring motor is damaged;
3. The stirring switch is damaged.
Solution:
1. If you start the motor by hand when the stirring power is turned on, if it can start, the starting capacitor is damaged, just replace the capacitor;
2. If the motor is started by hand when the stirring power is turned on, if it cannot be started, it means that the stirring motor is damaged, and the stirring motor can be replaced;
3. If the motor is started by hand when the stirring power is turned on, if it cannot be started, it means that the stirring motor is damaged or the stirring switch is damaged. After the power is turned off, check whether the switch is turned on. If the conduction does not work, the stirring switch is damaged.
