DTM-2500G ultra high temperature blackbody calibration source adopts a black body body and an integrated temperature control structure, and the working temperature range is 30℃~50℃. It can optionally communicate with a computer through RS232. High emissivity, good stability, small uncertainty and easy operation.
DTM Series blackbody calibration source the main function is to generate standard radiation at a certain temperature, so it is mainly used to verify various radiation thermometers in temperature measurement, such as optical high humidity meter, infrared thermometer, infrared thermal imager Etc.,
Our company's DTM blackbody calibration source are divided into two types: cavity and surface source. The temperature range covers low, medium and high temperature sections. Customers can choose two different electrical control methods: ordinary type and color touch screen according to their needs.
Main Features
1. The inside of the heater is a horizontal graphite tube. There is a "target" in the heating body of the graphite tube to divide the heating body into two symmetrical black body cavities. There is a silicon nitride ceramic heat shield outside the tube, and the screen is covered with carbon felt. The outside of the carbon felt is connected to the water-cooled furnace body.
2. The lower part of the furnace body is equipped with water cooling and vacuum system. The shell, electrodes and silicon photovoltaic cells of this product all adopt a water cooling system; the vacuum system ensures to prolong the service life of the heating element under high temperature.
3. The low-voltage high-current transformer controlled by thyristor is used to directly heat the graphite tube.
4. Multiple protection and temperature control devices are equipped with ammeter, voltmeter, alarm, temperature controller, and temperature control system operation buttons. The temperature control system uses silicon photovoltaic cells as the temperature sensing element. When adjusting the temperature, setting the display value of the temperature controller can quickly stabilize the black body cavity at a given temperature.
5. This product has excellent performances such as high temperature, low power consumption and small inertia. Especially suitable for a variety of non-contact temperature measurement instruments, such as infrared temperature measurement systems, photoelectric pyrometers, radiation pyrometers, etc. for indexing and inspection purposes.
